Armus collaborated with TenFold and used EnterpriseTenFold SOA to build an important bridge between Armus' cardiology outcomes database and TenFold's CardioTracTM product to transform Armus data to American College of Cardiology (ACC) compliant data and used TenFold CardioTracTM to produce a certified harvest file for ACC submission.
Cedars-Sinai Health System
Cedars-Sinai is the largest nonprofit hospital in the western United States. The hospital hired TenFold to deliver PatientCareXpert™ (PCX), a comprehensive suite of applications for patient management, contract management, admission-discharge-and-transfer, order communications, and patient accounting. PCX has been in production since 2002.

Ingenix
Knowledgebase Expert is a TenFold-powered management tool for the Ingenix Knowledgebase. The Ingenix Knowledgebase is a collection of data relationships and attributes that characterize coding relationships on medical bills (Procedure codes, Diagnosis codes, Modifier codes, et cetera). Knowledgebase Expert helps Ingenix's in-house clinicians to create these coding relationships (called "edits") by giving them access to add, update, and delete these edits from the Knowledgebase. Knowledgebase Expert also assists clinicians with code development by letting them research existing code edits while developing new edits. Knowledgebase Expert provides importing and exporting capabilities for transfer of the Knowledgebase.

Perot Systems
Perot Systems and TenFold collaborated with Cedars-Sinai Hospital to build PatientCareXpert™ (PCX). PCX is a comprehensive web-based hospital application that includes physician order entry, patient management and patient accounting. Physician order entry is for attending staff, faculty physicians, house staff, nurses and pharmacists. Real-time decision support includes drug-allergy checking, drug-drug interaction checking, drug-lab checking, JCAHO ORYX indicators compliance, and more. Patient management is used by scheduling, admissions, and nursing staff to track patient locations and beds. Patient accounting is used by department-based billing personnel and the finance department. Comprehensive logging mechanisms provide support for surveillance reports and ad-hoc audits of activity by a specific user or activity related to a specific patient account.
Pinnacle Health Systems
Pinnacle Health System commenced operations in 1997 and was incorporated in 2000 to provide clinical and management services to health care provider and service companies. Pinnacle used EnterpriseTenFold SOA as the foundation to develop new, proprietary healthcare management software applications.
