Strategic Master Planning Results

Collaboratively, we produce and deliver a 21st Century Plan, which is a formal, bound report containing our recommendations:

21st Century Plan Section Description
Applications architecture An applications architecture describes your current systems inventory and integration points, an idealized, future applications inventory and integration points, and suggested order, priority, cost, and schedule for transforming your business processes with replacement applications. We consider your business priorities, existing-system limitations, investment parameters, et cetera in making these suggestions.
Data architecture A data architecture describes the various databases that you need to support the proposed future applications architecture. We consider the need for loosely coupled (as contrasted with tightly integrated) applications, enhanced applications functionality, considerably more-than-current data capture and retention, et cetera in designing the data architecture.
Technical architecture A technical architecture describes hardware, communications technology, and operating software (such as operating systems, RDBMSs, et cetera) to accommodate your transition from your present systems to the proposed future applications architecture. We consider your existing hardware, staff expertise, cost goals, planned expansion, facilities, et cetera in designing the technical architecture, and we leverage EnterpriseTenFold SOA's superb portability to choose the best and most cost-effective solution without sacrificing applications functionality or flexibility.
Migration architecture A migration architecture is a plan for data conversion, data cleansing, and production rollout. We consider in designing the migration architecture the order of transforming applications, the need to retain data integrity, end-user productivity, and systems reliability for the duration (which may be quite long) of simultaneous use of both legacy systems and transformed, new applications.
