TenFold Movie Troubleshooting

I cannot hear the movie:
Be sure you have a sound card and speakers installed on your computer. If you have a volume knob or button on your computer turn it up. If there is still no volume, double-click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your desktop (the icon tray), and move all the sliders to at least the middle of their range.

I click the link and nothing happens:
If you have a popup blocker installed, disable it by holding down the ctrl key while you launch the movie. The movie opens in a new browser window.

My browser is asking to install software on my computer:
This is the Flash player plugin from Macromedia. Answer yes to install the small plugin so the movie can play.
